After 20 successful years selling real estate, our founding Director and Licensee, Victor Paz, opened his first real estate office in 2003, formerly known as LJ Hooker Willetton.
Victor's vision was to establish a successful footprint in property management and to develop a vibrant sales team. During this time, the rapid growth of the business required us to relocate and expand into two high profile locations in Shelley and Cockburn City.
Since the opening of LJ Hooker Southern Residential WA, we have been acknowledged locally, nationally and internationally for our consistent growth and service to our customers and the community. Our greatest reward of all is being able to help families achieve their real estate goals and assist them in a smooth transaction.
